my maroon 94 Plymouth voyager looked rough on the hood and the top because of the clearcoat finish degradation ... like a dope I tried paste turtle wax...It just made it look worse....weeks later I lightly sprayed on some De-solv-it ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] , to remove the wax....this time I tried some walnut shell media ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] .....it worked very well....at least it brought back the color....maybe good enough to sell....i learned this from removing water marks from coffee tables with crushed walnuts and thought I would try it on the van.....good luck ..hope it works for you too
