-----Want to hard anodize aluminum in stainless steel tanks
We are interested in coating parts from 6061 in Hard Anodize. The diameter of the parts is 1 meter and their width 10-mm. We would appreciate getting any information and suggestions you have regarding the volume of the tubs needed for this specific process, concentration of the acid and the recommended temperature needed assuming that the tub is from Stainless steel. What is the size of the cooling system assuming we coat one part consecutively?

This sounds like an intermittant operation. SS, even 316L, is attacked by 15% sulfuric acid starting about 75F. The welds for carbides which the acid attacks even when welded with extra low carbon rods. This means that you will have to run your chiller all of the time in the summer.
Your part is not terribly large, why one part at a time? If it is 1 part at a time the tank would need to be about 1.3m long x 1.4m deep and front to rear dimension would depend on your chiller coil, is it in the tank or out. How much room do you need for a pump for filtration and extra agitation.
For ease of construction, I would look at 0.5 m.
With the above size, I would think about using a well reinforced poly propylene, an inch or so of rigid insulation and a thin sheet of poly to cover that. It could be tack welded on or put on with short SS screws. Most of your other process and rinse tanks will be nearly the same size. Rinse tanks could be multiple rinse tanks in one. A little harder to build, but would save space.
You really should get a consultant or an equipment firm to assist with the sizing of your installation.
