A. Dear Manish,

The reasons I can think of:

1. Raw material porosity hence spotting.
2. Better washing/ rinsing of parts is required between plating and passivation.

A. White Spots in Acid Zinc are due to metallic impurities in solution. Please treat with H2O2 or zinc dust on eBay or Amazon [affil link] treatments. This will solve the problem.
