Advanced deburring

I would like some advice on deburring of an advanced component. In today's production we are using TEM deburring. But the future products will grow larger then we can put inside the explosion camber of the TEM.
The component is made of steel and is approximately 600 mm long and 200 mm diameter. Up to 30 different holes is drilled in to the component crossing each other several times.

Inside of this component it will be working hydraulic oil with up to 250 bar pressure and high flows, so it's very important that we get the part absolutely clean inside.

If you have a lot of volume and your parts have a lot of holes and if you have a lot of money, I would suggest an abrasive extrude hone type system. You could look into some of the newer ECD systems which work similar to electropolishing.
