What is Red Gold?

I have heard of white, yellow, and red gold used on rings.
I wanted to know if there really is such thing as red gold, or is it simply copper or an alloy of some sort?

Gold is an immutable element, always of the same golden color. There are no isotopes of different colors. So you are on the right track: red gold would be an alloy of gold plus something else to give it the red color.

Actually... Red Gold is gold mixed with other alloys to give it the red color. Red Gold is a registered trademark of this jewelry designer Chris Aire who they call "the iceman".
