Cost and benefits of electrode plating

Dear Sirs/Madams,
I am a student tasked to carry a research on the cost analysis into the implementation of an electrode plating plant at a machine shop company.
I enquire of the costs and benefits of investing into the above implementation. I would also need some web sites to enquire more of this subject.

Sorry Ngoni but I don't understand the question. Electrodes for what, made of what, plated with what, and what is the alternative to plating them -- or was that maybe an autocorrect and you mean 'electroplating'? This website has many FAQs, an on-line library, a recommended book list, and thousands of threads about electroplating. Good luck.
