When occurred ? after nickel plating or nickel/chrome plating? If you see a orange feel after chrome plating,You will check a ratio between chrome and sulfuric acid. By the way, Why don't you Hull Cell ⇦ huh? test? If you have a problem in each plating tank,You will find problem at hull cell panel.
