Copper-nickel-chrome towel racks are peeling

Hello.. we produce towel rails. We have full-automatic plating plant. We plate copper+nickel+chromium. But we have some problems. Our product dimensions: 600 mm * 1192 mm. When we plate them, after nickel we observe especially part's lower current zones like orange surface. But this event occur some zone ý said especially lower zone. How can you explain this event? Is it relation organic additives (brightener ,carrier...)

When occurred ? after nickel plating or nickel/chrome plating? If you see a orange feel after chrome plating,You will check a ratio between chrome and sulfuric acid. By the way, Why don't you hull cell test? If you have a problem in each plating tank,You will find problem at hull cell panel.
