Sodium metasilicate stains on windows

I used TSP90 (from Red Devil) and inadvertently got some on the windows of my home (it was mixed with water and clorox for washing mildew off the logs on a log home). The windows have a white stain that I cannot remove? Any suggestions. TSP90 contained sodium metasilicate on eBay or Amazon [affil link] .

As a last resort I have seen this type of stain removed with a weak solution of ammonium bifluoride and phosphoric acid (aluminum brightener/cleaner) followed quickly by a thorough rinse with water. This solution itself can etch glass so be sure not to let it stay on the surface or use it in direct sunlight. It can also remove galvanized finishes and protective surfaces from aluminum trim that's why I say use it as a last resort.

Thanks, James.

The other thing to be cautious of is exposing yourself to fluorides. Protective gloves and googles are a must.
