Why is the color of our silver plating constantly shifting?

Dear Sir,

Can anyone please explain to me the cause of hue difference in Ag plating process? I realized that this hue difference often occurs on when the plating area is large (die pad area of IC leadframe). Does this hue difference occur when the current density drop? How can I overcome this problem.

Dear all,

In Ag plating process, I meet a question . During plating Ag, the substrate material--Cu is not its own colour and the thickness of Ag in die pad in the lead frame the is not even. If you know ,please help me ! If you are working in the plating about the leadframe ,I would like to make friends with you !
