1. I have a problem of white powder formation in our aluminium (LM-24) die casted parts after the pretreatment .The pretreatment steps are vibro -Degrease -rinse-chromate-rinse(RO)-drying.

2. I have a problem of white spot formation specially in rainy season .the parts get white rusted ,which can not removed by pretreatment .

3. We have a different kind of problem in paint shop the adhesion is poor in only one area .when we check the parts after degrease the parts pass water break test and we do the complete process after drying the parts fail in water break test .we are very big trouble .Kindly help us to over come with this problem.

4.Is it necessary to preheat the die casted parts before powder coating. At what temp we heat.
