I don't know exactly how to make it (I understand that they simultaneously make caustic soda ⇦liquid caustic soda in bulk on Amazon [affil link] and chlorine from salt brine). But I applaud your ambition, as this amount clearly seems to be a very substantial percentage of the world's production. :-)
