Help me chrome my bumper

I want to make a custom bumper for my 89 caprice classic. I'm going to make it custom grill for it also. And everything is going to made of steel. I hope you can help me, cause I change the look without taking the chrome away from my car. I have almost everything to make it but I don't have anything to chrome it. Thank you for helping me.

What you might need to do, Mitchell, is make your bumper and grill and then send them out to a plating shop for polishing and plating. You cannot easily do the plating part part yourself.
