Need overseas standards

Dear all:

I NEED HELP ! Urgently need ! I came from China so there are lots of overseas standards I did not found . Example: ASTM 967,NITRIC 1 .This item I know passivation but I don't know what details. Who can give me a hand ,thank you in advance !
