Electrolizing is a patented process that is licensed to various Electrolizing firms in the US such as the ones I'm aware of in Cleveland, Ohio, and LA. Simply stated, you can't do electrolize unless you want to buy a license to apply it!
My firm does chrome, both engineering hard chrome and decorative nickel / chrome, but I don't touch proprietary chrome processes such as these. They aren't just chrome. They are much more matte, much harder and have extremely good throw and coverage without edge build-up.
