Pickling for Incoloy

The situation is, after we blasted the external of the pipe we found the very light contamination and rusty due to the dust of the abrasive mat. We need an advise to find out the suitable pickling solution for the internal of Incoloy 825 metal? OR Is it possible to remove it by fresh water wash and mandrell brush?
