Help with Remediation System

I am attempting to design a water remediation system for a metal shop. The chemicals most commonly used are B/OX 311,312,333,324, sulfurated potash and HCl. They are used with steel, bronze, brass and at times stainless and aluminum. If anyone out there has any suggestions it would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks,

Consider electrocoagulation. It offers a broad spectrum of treatment (though it has definite limits). There are a number of suppliers. Choose carefully.
