BRIGHT FINISH FOR 304 GRADES





I AM WORKING ON BRIGHT ANNEALING LINE, IT IS A VERTICAL TYPE 40 METER HEIGHT FURNACE, USING CRACKED AMMONIA. PRESENTLY WE ARE GETTING BRIGHT ANNEALED 430 GRADE MATERIAL, BUT COULD NOT GET THAT BRIGHT FINISH FOR 304 GRADES,TEMP USING FOR 304 GRADES IS 1100°C AND DEWPOINT -50°C. PL TELL ME SOMETHING ABOUT THAT HOW CAN I GET BRIGHT FINISH FOR 304 GRADES.
