Cleaning Aquaculture Equipment

Can citric acid be used to clean oil and fats off equipment. The oil and fats come from fish feed and it covers all mechanical equipment. I was wondering if this will break it down .

You didn't indicate WHERE you are from.... if in B.C., then contact any of the many fish farms ... or contact Gordie at EWOS ... Then you'd get the info from the horse's mouth, eh?

Personally I haven't a clue but would have thought that a detergent would suffice.
