I seek a parkerizing that contains no phosphate! Can you introduce me this parkerizing?

Parkerizing is a registered trade name, but is often referred to in the generic sense for zinc or manganese phosphate coatings. What you may be looking for is the hot black oxide process. Check with a local vendor for a suitable product.
