Need Help with Surface Finish Specifications

I would like to know the RMS equivalent to a Ra 0.2 finish on the surface of a tool steel. I would also like to know what the Chrome plating finish terminology is that would compare to a Ra 0.2 finish.

Take a look at the answer I gave to question # 19460. This spec sounds extremely fine and I question it being correct, unless I am missing something.
