Hot-dip Zinc coated window regulators

2003

Hello to all,

We are dedicate to build window regulators for automotive industry, the advise is about a coat (hot dipped galvanized) over steel. Our supplier of these part send us the pieces in two conditions one with white oxide and the another (most of these) with nice finishing. The base metal has to influence to the coat? or what do you think about the white oxide? Thanks in advance for your careful consideration.

Regards,

I think the white oxide ones are water damaged and unacceptable. Of course, I'm trying to picture them from your verbal description so I could have misunderstood.
