Chemical catalyst to reducing etching temperature and NO2 treatment

I am seeking a chemical catalyst to reduce etching temperature (110 °C at the present) etching solution includes three acids: sulfuric acid, nitric acid and phosphoric acid. Besides, I also need a solution to treat NO2 gas from etching tanks. It causes air pollution.
