Pitting brass

Will decorative brass on furniture pit in Arizona compared to Florida with high humidity?

I don't think brass will pit in either environment. Perhaps you are referring to a brass plated finish on a zinc die casting? There is no question that dry air is far less corrosive than moist air though.
