Remove scratches in Stainless Steel frame

Stainless steel plate that is used as a frame on the lift has some scratches. Is there any possible way to remove this?

Your question leaves a lot of room here. I think the best way to answer this question in general terms and for this isolated problem is to use fine to finer grades of sandpaper or non-woven pads or wheels.

Dear Mr Abdulla,

Get it done polished by manual portable polishing machine on site only.
