Powder coating different material thicknesses

Is there a chart to determine at what temperatures and times to run various metal thicknesses in oven for powder coat applications

No, there is no chart as powder temperature cure is dependent on many factors. Some of them are the recommended powder cure schedule, oven temperature setting, time through the oven, air circulation, and a host of other factors. You could determine what is best for you, by measuring the time temperature profile using an electronic time-temperature data logger. This would help you to fine tune your production process by allowing you to make specific oven settings for thicker and thinner parts.
