-----Anodization of thin film aluminium
Help please,
I'm trying to black the half micron thick aluminium metallized an silicon substrate. For this I'm trying to anodize the aluminium deposited by anodic oxidation process. All the experiments performed by me in different electrolyte like oxalic acid and sulfuric acid have failed to give good result. For long anodization period the aluminium peel off and for short period the anodized aluminium does not dye in the boiling black dye. Please sir solve my problem as soon as possible. I'll be very grateful to you.
Thanking you,

The entire thickness of your aluminum film is only about 5% of what is considered a good anodizing thickness for full absorption of black dye. I don't think your scheme is going to work.
