PCB Selective Hard Gold / Immersion Gold Finishing without Bus Bar?

Product: Printed Circuit Board Multi-layer Finishing: Need Immersion Gold (3u") and Selective Hard Gold (10u") Finishing. Problem: No bus bar for connecting hard gold areas for electrolytic plating.

Please advise if there is other way to provide the required finishing. I understand there is a way to do the Selective Hard Gold plating first and then do the rest of the finishing later on. However it requires additional photo resist and masking process.

Please advise if there are alternatives or provide more information on how to achieve this dual finishing.

Can't the "bus" be on the plating rack? I thought it was relatively easy to make a rack that contacts the top of each terminal finger and then electrolytically plate those terminals from the point of rack contact on down to the end.
