Liquid Painting Stainless Steel

We are a custom paint shop doing both liquid and powder coating work. We have a requirement to liquid paint stainless steel tubing with gloss black paint. Can anyone tell us the proper procedure for prepping the part and what type of primer to use to assure good adhesion?

I would like to know the answer to that question myself. I need to paint some polished stainless steel auto trim black. Any reply would be appreciated.
