ANALYSIS OF SILVER

We wish to establish a silver analysis laboratory in Salem. We are having spectrophotometer in our Testing Lab. Currently we are finding the results through volumetric method. The procedure is one gram of silver is dissolved in HNO3 and diluted to 100 ml. Then 5 ml of solution is titrated with Ammonium thiocynate. Our question is, We want to analyze the purity of the sample silver using spectrophotometer. Is there any method to find the purity of the sample silver using spectrophotometer. If possible please answer us.
