High Temperature Light Diffusing Paint

I am trying to find a high temperature coating for a mild steel or aluminium substrate that would be both light reflective and light diffusive, will not discolor and is available in Australia. There was an Aluminium paint which could go to 1400 °F but I can't find it. Can anyone help?

Try Permanent Painted Coatings in Sydney. They stock a range of the Por-15 coatings ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] American coatings and have some excellent heat res. coatings.
