Hi, Gokhan. Hi, Jimit. The thing is, there are (to my knowledge) no generic alkaline non-cyanide zinc processes; they are all proprietary. So you need to locate a local manufacturer or distributor of alkaline non-cyanide zinc plating processes and obtain their "technical data sheet". This will give you the operating parameters and some troubleshooting tips. Presumably their representative will be happy to come in and set up the process with you, and give you a start at hands-on training. Good luck.
