Copy of MIL-F-14072

I am trying to designate which chemical conversion coating to specify for an aluminum chassis that requires a high EMI ground requirement. E512 of MIL-F-14072, E513 of MIL-F-14072, MIL-C-5541. Does anyone have a copy of these spec's which could be copied?
