Galvanneal color problems

I am working on a stamping project utilizing galvanneal steel material. Our customer wants a specific color of the raw material, but we are having difficulty finding this color consistency. It also appears that humidity effects the color. We have had the material tested and it is all the same - just different color. Any suggestions?
