Inspecting powder coated paint surface

I need a specification or inspection criteria that can be used to give my customer an idea of how powder coated parts are inspected to industry standards. However, I haven't been able to find an industry standard. Any help would be appreciated.

We have a poster on our paint shop wall that lists defects as well as their causes. It came from Dupont. Check out the Dupont web site for more info.
