Usually you must obtain the automotive specs, like Toyota specs, from your contact (the buyer) at the automotive company in question, Arunrat. Companies generally do not want their expensively developed specs to become public domain knowledge. JIS, DIN, and similar industry specifications are copyrighted materials and must be purchased either from the individual standards-writing bodies or from services whose business is to sell those specifications.
