-----HYDROGEN EMBRITTLEMENT FROST
I WORK ON A REGULAR ZINC LINE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY WHEN I RUN PARTS THAT ARE NO BAKE THEY COME OUT FROM THE LINE LOOKING GREAT BUT IF I HAVE TO PUT THEM THROUGH THE BAKE OVEN FOR HYDROGEN EMBRITTLEMENT SOME TIMES THEY LOOSE THEIR SHINE AND SOME TIMES THEY COME OUT WHIT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE FROST OR WHITE CORROSION. THAT TURNS ME CRAZY. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?

Hi,
The reason behind that can be improper degreasing. If you are using room temperature degreasing, then go for hot degreasers & then electrogdegreasing ......so on. Also balancing of brightener is necessary for this.
