Electrochemical deburring
We are manufacturing and supplying of precision components.
At present we are doing all deburring produced by drilling, milling, etc., by manual. It is taking lot of time. Can you suggest if any advanced deburring methods / deburring tools, etc..

Dear Venkat,
The kind of burrs appearing in your photographs are as big as fingernails, and chemical deburring will not selectively remove such burrs unless you mask all other areas first in which case fettling will be the viable option.

Dear Venkat,
ECM deburring can be done on your component, where the tool will be masked and not the component. You can also get a high production rate in electrochemical deburring. But, your burr levels must be limited, it cannot be more than 0.5 to 1 mm.
