Dear all,

I am looking for sample design of electropolishing tank and rack for the lab, this will be for educational purpose only. Any one has idea or pictures about how does is look like? Please send me one, I would really appreciate.

Metal Coating Process Corp. has/had a sketch on their website. The tank can be built of steel with a drop in vinyl liner. The rack can be as simple as enough copper wire of sufficient diameter to carry the current. But would be better made of rigid copper with a plastisol coating everywhere but the rack tips.
