Electroless Alumina Coating

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to know if there is a process to coat Alumina on Aluminium (0.05 mm thickness)by electroless method? I am looking to substitute plasma spraying of Alumina by a simpler/ cheaper method whereby there is no loss of strength or abrasion/wear resistance of the coating.

Are you doing this type of job i.e. plasma coating on metal rings to be used as seal rings in pumps.
