I am performing a nickel plating on aluminium and want to know what procedures exists so as to remove the aluminium and thus making a mold of nickel.

I may be misunderstanding your question, Chandran, but you can just dissolve the aluminum in sodium hydroxide. The process of making articles this way is called electroforming. Regards,
