Plating on plastic

I have done plating on metal still for a long time but now I want to plating on plastic. But I don't know how to plating on plastic. So, please give me information about it.

Plating on plastics (ABS) involves etching, activation, electroless nickel / copper followed by regular electrolytic plating. You may please contact some well known suppliers / manufacturers of metal finishing chemicals in your area for more details.
