Coating PTFE onto Aluminium

Dear reader,

I want to coat PTFE coating on Aluminium base metal. Kindly advice if there is any process or I should use different grade (release agent?) of coating material.

The question is not very clear but it appears that you need a release coating. Is the substrate a mold? PTFE coating is certainly used in release applications in a very wide range of applications. Aluminium is a great base for PTFE coatings, you need not change that. However, depending upon your application you will need to select the grade of PTFE or other fluorocarbon based release coatings.
