-----Long term effects of storage
I am a Systems Engineer for an airline ground support equipment manufacturer who has been tasked with development of a long-term storage plan for our product. We have a significant number of dissimilar metal joints which we have already taken various steps to reduce the development of corrosion. Can you suggest any sources of information or data on the effectiveness of improved joints (plating, painting, gaskets, etc.)which could be used in the development of such a plan.
Thank you for your assistance,

The 1948 Metals Handbook has several areas covering gaskets for dissimilar metals, and other ways to prevent galvanic corrosion.

How about the 1949 edition, Tom? Or don't you trust those new fangled things? :-)
