Hot Caustic Soda at 10%; Ambient Counter-current Rinse; Three Hot Sulfuric Acid tanks at 10% to 15; Two Ambient Counter-current Rinse tanks; Zinc Ammonium Chloride Flux Solution at 160F Quadraflux at 14 Deg. baumé; End-fired, High-velocity gas fired kettle at 830F to 840F; No Quench. Sulfuric Acid Recovery Crystallizer; Heat Recovery From Kettle Flue to Heat Caustic and Flux Tanks. Heat exchange coils for: Caustic (mild steel); Sulfuric Acid (zirconium); Flux Solution (Titanium). In this system no "spent" acid or rinse waters are produced.
