Finishing of Plasma Sprayed Aluminium Oxide Coating for Corona Rollers

We want to do ceramic ( Aluminium Oxide) coating on corona rollers of flexoprinting rolls, by plasma spraying, for dielectric strength. Can you suggest finishing method of this aluminium oxide coating ?

Sir,

You will need diamond grinding wheels and a very rigid grinder machine. Conventional wheels are not an option since you know they are made of same material or silicon carbide which is equally hard. Some say Borazon (I believe it's boron carbide or nitride) can also do the job but I don't have experience. Diamond works very well without much burden on coating, roll and machine.
