-----Electroless plating
What is the equation that govern in electroless plating in term of chemistry?

While it's not real easy to formulate or successfully operate an auto-catalytic plating line, the basic idea behind the chemistry is easy enough. The solution contains ions of the metal, and a reducing agent. When a catalyst is present (and in this case the metal being plated out is the required catalyst), the reaction proceeds, with the reducing agent (sodium borohydride, or hypophosphite) reducing the dissolved metal ions from ionic state to metallic state.
