Coating adherence test

I experienced adherence defect of thick (>10µm) Rh coating on Molybdenum layer. How can I test adherence before using my parts.

There is an ASTM test method using a standard "Sellotape" type adhesive Snatch test. As an aside, you might wish to improve or change your surface preparation prior to plating.
