How can we do color coating on titanium surgical instruments? Can you please define complete method,procedure and related material?

See 7/23 post on 15661. Actually, this is pretty easy. Different colors at different voltages in almost any acid electrolyte. With a hard anodize rectifier color ranges from light blue at about 16 volts to gold to green to reds and purples, depending on current applied. The time in the process is minimal. AMS 2488C is the common specification for this process, although it does not deal with the decorativeor coloring concepts.
