-----Polymer coating of NiTi
Is there standard techniques for polymer coating NiTi, specifically medical grade polyurethanes?

We have been doing this for several years. There is no standard process that we are aware of. Our process involves electropolishing the surface of the NiTinol and then placing a layer of Polyurethane on the surface. We have used this process for medical guidewires and other applications that require a polymer surface on nitinol parts.

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
