-----Galvanic corrosion between anodized aluminum and chrome plated steel
I am using chrome-plated plain ball bearings inside sealed from moisture aluminum housings. Does hard anodizing help prevent galvanic corrosion between the two? Any other tips for a long-lasting service life?

Yes, anything that reduces metal to metal contact, or that coats a surface so that it is less free to conduct electricity or less free to participate in ionic reactions will reduce galvanic activity. I do not think I would expect any galvanic activity or corrosion on the balls or races of such a sealed bearing.
